There’s only one thing on Olympic medalist Allyson Felix‘s mind – that’s London 2012.

Late in 2009, former Conn. Gov. M. Jodi Rell proposed legislation to reduce state spending on municipal and regional health districts. The bill, which called for state funding to be eliminated for districts with fewer than 50,000 residents, passed and sent the leaders of our local small towns looking for solutions.
